Benefits Specialist | Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
A high-growth, publicly traded organization in Irvine is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to support day-to-day administration of health & welfare programs while delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer benefits enrollments (new hires + life events) via ADP

Manage LOA processes, employee communication, and tracking

Support open enrollment planning, execution, and employee education

Partner with carriers, vendors, and payroll for seamless operations

Handle COBRA, HSA/FSA funding, and reporting

Maintain benefits documentation, audits, and compliance

Build employee-facing presentations and communications
Qualifications:

3-5 years of dedicated benefits administration experience

Strong LOA expertise required

ADP Workforce Now proficiency

Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, reporting) + PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree required
Details:

$50/hr

Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Irvine after training

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
