This is not a counter job. This is an operational role — you’ll own parts sourcing, quoting, purchasing, inventory, returns, cores, and warranty claims for a busy diesel and auto shop. You’ll be the engine behind the shop floor, making sure our technicians have what they need when they need it. Occasionally you’ll engage directly with customers to present repair approvals or answer questions, but most of your impact happens behind the scenes.

We are growing and we promote from within. This role is designed to develop into an Assistant Shop Manager position, with a long-term path to Shop Manager for the right person. We’re not looking for someone to fill a seat — we’re looking for someone to grow with us and eventually help run this operation.
