We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Ballantyne Country Club. In this role, you will oversee the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.

Train and mentor staff on food safety practices and service excellence.

Manage inventory and assist in budgeting for food and beverage departments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas.

Implement fine dining standards to enhance member experiences.

Proven experience in food service management or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and fine dining standards.
