Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our laboratory team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our clinical lab by slide labeling, assisting with specimen transport, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with slide labeling, specimen transport, and storage in accordance with laboratory protocols and CLIA regulations.
- Support laboratory management by maintaining organized records of samples and test results.
- Follow strict clinical confidentiality policies to protect patient information at all times.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards including proper handling of biological samples.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment while adhering to clinical setting standards.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively and independently while maintaining high standards of clinical confidentiality.
- Previous lab experience not required.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
