The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for the complete and professional installation of HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role leads installation crews, maintains job profitability, and ensures every installation is completed right the first time.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Installation Execution
- Install HVAC systems including:
- Split systems (gas/electric)
- Heat pumps
- Package units
- Mini-splits / ductless systems
- Follow all manufacturer specifications and company SOPs
- Ensure proper startup, testing, and commissioning of systems
Job Leadership
- Lead and manage installation crew on-site
- Assign tasks and ensure efficiency throughout the job
- Maintain professional communication with homeowners
- Ensure jobsite cleanliness and organization
Quality Control
- Complete all required installation checklists
- Verify system performance:
- Airflow
- Refrigerant charge
- Electrical connections
- Ensure zero callbacks through quality workmanship
Documentation (CRITICAL)
- Use ServiceTitan for:
- Job documentation
- Notes and completion details
- Capture required photos:
- Before
- During
- After
- Ensure all forms and checklists are completed before closing job
Safety Compliance
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
- Use PPE at all times
- Adhere to ladder, electrical, and jobsite safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
