Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your energetic approach will ensure a seamless experience by accurately assessing customer needs, explaining repair options, and coordinating with our skilled technicians. Your expertise in automotive knowledge and sales will drive customer satisfaction and help grow our service department. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, including estimates for repairs such as oil changes, maintenance services, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, exhaust, and more.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs are completed efficiently.
- Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities by explaining benefits clearly and confidently to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Maintain thorough records of all service transactions, including vehicle history, estimates, and work performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by following up on repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or background in the automotive industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures such as oil changes, brake repair, alignments, shocks & struts, air brakes, suspension work, tire service, etc.
- Experience with auto estimating software and automotive service writing is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
