Starting pay: $18/hour and up, based on experience and assignment.

As a PCA, you will provide essential one-on-one support that helps clients stay independent, safe, and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meals
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Preparing meals with clients whenever possible
Providing medication reminders
Helping with grocery shopping, errands, and other daily tasks
Completing light housekeeping, such as laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning
Observing clients' well-being and reporting changes to the care team
Responding appropriately and responsibly during emergencies
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Prior PCA, HHA, CNA, or caregiving experience is helpful, but not required
Clear English communication skills-speaking, reading, and writing
A respectful, patient, compassionate, and dependable approach
Strong time-management skills and attention to client safety
Willingness to follow care plans, health standards, and agency guidelines
