Optimal Health Center seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Stretch Therapist (Flexologist) to join our team. As part of our team of wellness professionals you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through personalized stretching and flexibility programs. This position requires a passion for health and fitness, along with the ability to connect with clients and help them achieve their wellness goals. Ideal candidates will have a background in massage therapy or personal training, group fitness, or related fields. Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of flexibility and proper body mechanics.
- Develop customized stretching routines based on clients’ fitness levels and goals.
- Collaborate with team members to create an inviting atmosphere for all clients.
- Stay updated on anatomy and physiology knowledge to provide safe and effective stretching techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Promote services and educate clients on benefits of all wellness within the facility.
- Opportunity for the right candidate to cross-train multiple modalities within our practice.
Experience
- Previous experience in personal training, massage therapy, or teaching physical education is preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Experience in massage therapy, stretch lab or stretch zone is a plus.
- A passion for helping others improve their health and wellness through physical activity.
- Familiarity with Chiropractic care and a natural approach to healthy living is also a plus.

Hours:
To start we are looking for Thursday's 2:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday's 8:00am-12:00pm
but in the fall we could be opening up more hours. Our Office hours are
Monday and Wednesday 8:00am -12:00pm and 2:00pm-7:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00 - 7:00
Saturday's 8:00am-12:00pm
