Full-Time Position | Paid Training | Company Vehicle Provided
We are actively seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing repossession team as Spotter Drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, work well independently, and are ready to be part of a high-performance operation.
As a Spotter Driver, you will play a critical role in locating vehicles assigned for repossession by utilizing company tools, scanning designated routes, and maintaining accurate reporting throughout your shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a company vehicle on established routes
- Utilize company software and tools to identify vehicles on active repossession assignments
- Thoroughly scan neighborhoods, apartment complexes, parking lots, and commercial areas
- Notify the tow truck team immediately when a vehicle is located
- Continue route coverage efficiently after reporting findings
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all vehicle sightings
- Work independently while staying focused and productive throughout the shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- Working smartphone/cell phone
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment

This position requires reliability, focus, and professionalism. We maintain strict attendance standards and expect employees to report to work consistently and perform assigned duties without distraction. A doctor’s note is required for absences.

Starting at $15.00 per hour
