Job Summary:
As a Construction Laborer, you will perform various physical tasks to support ongoing construction projects. You will work under the supervision of site foremen and collaborate with skilled tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload construction materials
- Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Operate hand and power tools
- Assist with framing, digging, concrete mixing, and pouring
- Follow blueprints and project plans under supervision
- Assist skilled trades as needed (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
