Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist – Independent Practice (No Manufacturer Ownership)

We are looking for a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in Washington who enjoys working directly with patients and helping improve quality of life through better hearing.

What You’ll Do
- Perform hearing evaluations and consultations
- Recommend and fit hearing aids from multiple manufacturers
- Conduct follow-ups, adjustments, and ongoing patient care
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Manage your schedule with support from front office staff
- Ensure an excellent patient experience from start to finish

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + commission structure
- Realistic total earnings: $80k–$150k+

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Daytime clinic hours (no late nights)
Requirements
- Active Washington Hearing Instrument Specialist license (required)
- Experience fitting hearing aids preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Comfortable in a consultative (non-high-pressure) sales environment
- Ability to work independently with team support
Location Details
- Primary clinic in Seattle, WA
- Occasional travel to nearby clinics may be required (mileage reimbursed)
