Territory: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Delaware, Virginia, and surrounding East Coast cannabis markets

As the East Coast cannabis market continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious sales professional to help expand our presence and build relationships with emerging brands, dispensaries, processors, and manufacturing partners.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager based in New Jersey to drive business development throughout the East Coast. This is a hunter role focused on identifying new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate has experience selling into the cannabis industry or a related B2B industry, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-growing market.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities with licensed cannabis brands, processors, manufacturers, white-label co-packers, and dispensaries.
Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
Educate customers on our vape hardware products and recommend solutions that fit their product lines.
Schedule and conduct product presentations, facility visits, and customer meetings.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and repeat orders.
Build long-term relationships that generate recurring business.
Represent the company at cannabis trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Maintain accurate records of customer activity using CRM software.
Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends throughout the East Coast cannabis industry.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
Strong prospecting and business development skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and face-to-face sales.
Ability to travel throughout the East Coast (approximately 30–50%).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the cannabis industry.
Existing relationships with cannabis brands, processors, co-packers, or dispensaries.
Experience selling packaging, hardware, ingredients, manufacturing services, or other cannabis-related products.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Experience attending and generating leads from cannabis trade shows.
