Our growing cleaning company is seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners like you to join our team. .
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of delivering a clean, welcoming space for guests & clients.
This position is for Airbnb/Vacation Rental Cleaning, Move in/out cleanings, Residential Cleaning.
Schedule
- Typical shift: 10/ 11:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
- Some early starts: 9:30 AM
- Average shift length: 4–5 hours
- Minimum 1 cleaning per day (occasionally 2)
Schedules are based on guest check-out (11 AM) and check-in (3–4 PM).
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces)
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Change bed linens and towels
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry when required
- Restock toiletries and essential supplies
- Reset and stage the property for incoming guests
- Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
- Communicate with manager as needed
- Ensure all cleanings meet company quality standards
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to travel to properties within Metro Detroit - including but not limited to the following cities: Detroit, Royal Oak, Clawson, Berkley, Ferndale, Oak Park, Madison Heights area
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently, but occasionally as a team.
- Cleaning experience preferred, but not required (PAID training provided)
