In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities
Provide companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping services to clients in their homes
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the guidance of a trained caregiver
Encourage and support clients in maintaining their daily routines and habits
Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless and coordinated care
Travel to client homes within the Carmel, IN area, using your own reliable transportation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, bend, and move around safely, with or without accommodations
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
