As an Arcade Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences while advancing your career in the entertainment industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and Repair Attractions: Maintain and repair a variety of entertainment equipment, including video games, skill games, redemption games, pinball, laser tag, card swipe systems, POS, and audio/video surveillance systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance to ensure all attractions operate smoothly and safely.
- Safety First: Conduct routine safety inspections, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate and Support: Work closely with other team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Adapt and Innovate: Keep up with the latest technology and methods, ensuring the best guest experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit? We’re looking for a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background and a passion for maintaining high-quality equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years FEC experience is required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Experience with tools like multimeters, soldering equipment, and hand/power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Minimum three years of experience as a technician in the amusement industry.
- Preferred: Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
