We are multi-unit Franchisee, and we are currently interviewing for the rockstar Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and enthusiastic to introduce this innovative fitness studio concept to Gurnee, IL and its submarkets.
This position will lead overall membership experience for our clients, as well as:
- Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering a legendary customer service experience.
- Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by social media, phone, text, email and engaging through local events.
- Achieving personal sales goals.
- Curating a culture within the facility that prioritizes helping members feel and look their very best.
- Maintaining an immaculate fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence.
- Taking ownership and accountability of their actions.
With a established boutique studio, Assisstant Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall success of the studio and our membership experience!

Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more workout in less time.
Basic Requirements:
Prior Sales Experience required (College Degree Preferred )
FITNESS ORIENTATED PREFERRED
Customer Service: 1+ years (Preferred).
Reference required.

Compensation:
We provide substantial paid training, Certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.
Position is hourly as well as commission and bonuses, so you control what you earn and maximize earning potential.
Job Type: Full-time / 2 Saturday per month required
- Pay: $17-$25 /hour including incentive commissions and bonuses
