11pm-7am (Saturday and Sunday) in Phoenix 85048
Both shifts have the opportunity to pick up shifts if they are available during the week as well for 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am.
As a BHT you will be spending a lot of time with residents.
Your job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning
- Running Groups
- Pulling food items for next day meals
- Redirecting clients
- Document progress notes
- Med Count
- Checking in on clients
- Engaging with Clients

Must Have Qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid Arizona driver’s license
- Have at the minimum a high school diploma or GED
- A valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Department of Public Safety
- Negative TB test within the last 6 months
- Sports/Nursing Physical dated within the last 12 months
- First Aid and CPR certified
