Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver and Warehouse Clerk that will split their time between completing deliveries and working in the warehouse, approximately 75% driving and 25% warehouse duties. Each day will be different, depending on shipments and customer orders. Ideal candidates will be able to work well with a team and on their own.
Responsibilities
- Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record that meets company standards
- Load all order fulfillment materials onto the truck for delivery and unload at delivery occasionally including heavy lifting or forklift operation
- Communicate any vehicle mechanical problems to direct supervisor
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicle
- Deliver/pick up merchandise to/from customers and suppliers promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner
- Pick up material from vendors
- Receive incoming freight
- Keep a clean and organized warehouse
- Stock material on shelves
- Pick orders
- Processing returns from customers and to vendors
- Operate a Microsoft-based computer system
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A CDL endorsement is NOT required.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred, including courier or commercial driving experience.
- Ability to operate large trucks or vans safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while on the road.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages up to 50 pounds or more.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
