Sweet Maple Counseling is a growing private practice in Winter Park, Florida, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Central Florida.
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist or Registered Intern who is passionate about helping others, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a supportive and team-oriented practice. Our clinicians work together to provide exceptional care while maintaining the autonomy and flexibility that make private practice rewarding.

What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians through consultation and case conceptualization
- Participate in community outreach and relationship-building opportunities
- Deliver services in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations
- Utilize telehealth and electronic health record systems as appropriate
QualificationsFlorida Licensure
Applicants must possess one of the following:
Fully Licensed
Registered Intern

- Passionate about serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnosis and treatment approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and timely with documentation requirements
- Values collaboration and professional development
- Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and strong ethical decision-making
- Comfortable utilizing technology, telehealth platforms, and electronic health records
- Interested in building relationships within the local community and professional networks
