Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned day-to-day operations, ensuring daily department and patient objectives are met timely and accurately.
- Provides team members with support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as appropriate.
- Manages team members to ensure phone, written and scheduling activities all fall within company quality and SLA guidelines.
- Conducts or supports ongoing training for existing employees.
- Liaises with Regional Directors of Operations and Practice Managers to support our dental practices and educate practice teams on Patient Services’ processes and scheduling procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year Customer Service Experience
- 1-2 Years Management (Preferred)
- Google Suite
