Position Overview:
We are searching for skilled and versatile Live Event Production: Warehouse Technicians to join our team. The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for inventory, preparation, maintenance, and quality control of entertainment equipment and technology in our warehouse. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible technical support for their creative endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, inspect, and maintain a wide range of entertainment lighting and sfx equipment.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with clients and production teams to fulfill equipment requirements for upcoming projects and events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist in the setup and testing of equipment in preparation for client rentals and events.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest entertainment technology trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in entertainment technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Stagehand, Warehouse Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of entertainment equipment, including audio, lighting, video, and rigging systems.
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or similar resource management software is a plus but not a strict requirement for this position.
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with clients and production teams in a collaborative and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
