About the Role
Freddy’s Shift Managers support the Assistant and General Manager in the daily operation of our restaurants, providing leadership and motivating team members to meet operational goals. You’ll help control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues and serve as a model of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness

Lead by example; be organized and vocal, with strong time-management skills

Active in team member development through training and coaching

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and accept coaching/constructive criticism

Practice situational management and always maintain a sense of urgency

Correct operational mistakes with the goal of satisfying the guest

Required Skills

Prior restaurant experience

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team

Physical Requirements

Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends

Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift and lift 40 lbs.

Willingness to bend, stoop and occasionally use a ladder
