Scope and Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst will support Everside's Investment, Investor Relations, and Operations teams by gathering, organizing, validating, and documenting firm information across systems. This role will work closely with the Portfolio Analytics & AI Architect and team leads to maintain reliable data and knowledge workflows that support reporting, portfolio tracking, and internal decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable owning foundational data operations work while helping improve and standardize repeatable processes over time.
Responsibilities will include:
- Gather, organize, and validate information from Investment, IR, and Operations.
- Maintain data across internal sources, including Excel workbooks, Salesforce/CRM, and databases.
- Support recurring investor communications, portfolio reporting, ongoing projects, and ad hoc data requests.
- Reconcile information across source documents, and internal datasets.
- Document workflows, data definitions, SOPs, recurring checklists, and source-to-output logic to make processes repeatable and auditable.
- Assist with testing and reviewing outputs from internal automation, data-processing, and coding agent workflows.
- Manage quarterly ingestion of data templates, including collection, standardization, and validation against prior period figures.
Requirements | Successful candidates will possess:
- 1-3 years of experience in data operations, business operations, investment/fund operations, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data, and recurring reporting processes.
- Superior attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage open questions and follow-ups across teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including ability to document processes and translate business needs into structured data requirements.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn tools such as SQL, Python, and Markdown/Obsidian.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
