Base pay is $5. Cash and credit tips are pooled between servers on shift.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and clean dining area to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
