Victory Spinal Care is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant – Therapy Tech to join our Abilene team.

This is not a desk-only position. You will work directly and hands-on with patients throughout their care, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged during every visit.
Our clinic moves quickly. The right person must be able to stay organized, communicate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and serve patients with a genuine smile—even during our busiest hours.
What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through their doctor-prescribed therapies
- Assist patients with cupping therapy
- Administer cold-laser and red-light therapy
- Assist with therapeutic ultrasound
- Set up and monitor spinal decompression
- Assist with taking digital X-rays
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and patient-ready therapy spaces
- Clearly explain therapies and instructions to patients
- Accurately document completed therapies
- Communicate closely with doctors and other team members
- Build meaningful relationships with patients
- Help create an encouraging, hopeful, and welcoming clinic environment
- Support the team wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly
Training will be provided on our equipment, systems, and therapy protocols.

Position Details
Location: Victory Spinal Care, Abilene, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Clinic Hours
- Monday: 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:30–6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 3:00–5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:30–6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:30–6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Team members will be expected to arrive before patient hours to prepare the clinic and may occasionally remain afterward to complete closing responsibilities. Additional training, meetings, administrative duties, or team activities may also occur outside of normal patient hours.
