This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including fuel delivery, tire rotations, CDU, jump starts, and battery installations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using a b2q tester and other diagnostic equipment.
- Perform repairs on various types of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and equipment efficiency.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check is required.
- Must have reliable transportation to work in.
