You will not build prospect lists or cold-call random homeowners. WHAT YOU WILL DO Call new homeowner leads promptly. Answer incoming lead calls. Follow up by phone, text, and email. Ask clear questions about each roofing project. Confirm the property, project needs, and timeline. Answer common questions using company training. Schedule in-person or virtual appointments. Reschedule missed or canceled appointments. Record every interaction in the company CRM. Keep every lead record complete and accurate. Coordinate appointments with the sales team. Attend sales and roofing training. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Clear and confident phone communication. Strong spoken and written English. A steady follow-up habit. The ability to work independently. The discipline to follow a daily process. Appointment-setting, telemarketing, or inside-sales experience is preferred. Home-services, construction, or roofing experience is helpful. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS Reliable computer. Stable high-speed internet. Quality headset. Quiet home workspace. SCHEDULE AND PAY Full-time remote position. 40 hours per week. Monday through Saturday. Pacific Time availability is required. Exact daily hours will be provided during the interview. $30,000 to $36,000 per year.
