Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist the Litigation Attorney and Senior Paralegals in managing personal injury cases. You will be in charge of maintaining the file from intake through medical treatment, daily communication with the client, and ensuring each case progresses efficiently until its conclusion. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in English and Spanish languages;
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
3. Excellent email etiquette;
4. Strong customer services skills;
5. Disciplined work ethic;
6. Great organizational skills;
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and organize client case files;
2. Communicate with clients regarding case updates and treatment recommendations;
3. Request and organize medical records, billing records, and other case documents;
4. Maintain regular communication with insurance companies, medical providers and other third parties;
5. Update the case management system with accurate notes and file activity;
6. Constant communication with litigation attorney with case file review;
7. Review files to ensure all necessary documentation has been obtained; and
8. Perform other administrative and case management duties as assigned.
