What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized Physical Therapy treatment sessions
- Progress therapeutic exercise programs
- Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and function
- Apply manual therapy and movement-based treatment techniques as directed
- Educate patients throughout their recovery process
- Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to optimize patient outcomes
- Create an encouraging and positive patient experience every visit
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligible for Florida licensure
- Passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working one-on-one with patients
- Values teamwork and collaboration
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care
- Motivated to continue learning and growing professionally
