In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing outstanding service and support to our members.
What You'll Do:
- Process member and business financial transactions, including but not limited to issuing checks, processing deposits, withdrawals, wires, drafts, and other negotiable instruments.
Respond to member inquiries regarding account operations, access to services, discrepancies, error resolution, and adjustments to service features across various accounts.
Stay informed about all products, services, federal regulations, and internal policies/procedures relevant to the role.
Engage with members in the lobby to foster relationships and identify opportunities to offer credit union products and services that meet their needs.
Proactively engage in discussions with members to promote solutions that drive business goals such as deposit growth, new member acquisition, business services, and referrals.
Calculate and explain deposit rates and APRs/APYs.

Participation in New Hire Orientation is required. We will cover hotel accommodations and reimburse mileage costs.
