Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed
- Respond promptly to guest calls, reservations, cancellations, and inquiries with clear phone etiquette
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues efficiently
Experience
- While we prefer hotel experience, someone able to provide great service and hospitality is our priority.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices
- Handling guest requests
