What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and independent RN who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in the home setting.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum 1-2+ years of recent Home Health RN experience (Geriatric population)
- Recent Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
- OASIS documentation experience within the last 3 years (REQUIRED)
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Reliable transportation
- Patient-first mindset with exceptional professionalism
Please Note: This position requires skilled Home Health experience. Experience limited to Home Care, Private Duty, Companion Care, or Sitter services will not meet the qualifications. MUST be proficient with OASIS Medicare Documentation

Position Details
- Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Spokane County (Spokane WA)
- Territory: Spokane County and possible Steven's County
- Contract: 13 Weeks with multiple contract extensions possible
- Start Date: ASAP or within 2 weeks of offer
- Earn Up To: $127,000 Per Year PLUS Mileage Reimbursement & BENEFITS
Schedule You'll Love
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 30 Productivity Units Per Week = Full-Time Hours
- On Call: NOT REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop individualized care plans
- Manage a home health caseload while meeting productivity goals
- Perform SOCs, ROCs, Recertifications, and OASIS documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on disease management
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes promptly
- Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
- Maintain accurate documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
