Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Delivery and Installation Specialist (Driver/Helper) for one of our following partner contract companies (Whirlpool, Costco, Lowe's) where you'll be at the forefront of bringing essential appliances directly to customers’ homes or businesses and ensuring seamless installation/drop-offs. This energetic role offers the opportunity to combine driving with hands-on technical work, delivering exceptional customer service while handling a variety of appliances, including refrigeration units, washers, dryers, and more. Your expertise will help customers enjoy their new appliances with confidence and convenience, making a tangible difference in their daily lives.
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver appliances to customer locations, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of appliances using appropriate hand tools and equipment.
- Perform detailed appliance installations, including electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and mechanical setup, following schematics and technical instructions.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, and mechanical components to resolve problems efficiently.
- Use ladders, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment safely to complete installations and repairs. (must have your own tools)
- Conduct quality checks on installed appliances to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience from delivery through setup.
Experience
- Prior experience with appliance delivery, installation, or field service work is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Experience operating 26ft company box trucks safely and confidently in various environments.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), electrical experience, and field service procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities are essential for success.

Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per day
