Dispensary Agent in Charge
Join our team as an Agent in Charge where you'll provide top-tier customer service, offer expert cannabis guidance, maintain accurate records, and support staff training under the Dispensary Manager while overseeing daily store activities for optimal performance.
Essential Duties:
- Welcome guests warmly and lead them through personalized cannabis product education and recommendations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, promptly report any variances, and assist with stock reconciliation in state tracking and POS platforms.
- Oversee vault operations, pulling items for team members while verifying all products have proper labeling and regulatory documentation.
- Verify online orders for completeness and help resolve staff inquiries on products or system issues.
- Cultivate strong connections with loyal patrons to encourage ongoing business and satisfaction.
- Process cash payments precisely and handle end-of-day reconciliations.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and compliant with sanitation standards.
- Uphold strict adherence to all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations.
- Operate POS terminals for sales while updating mandated inventory tracking systems in real-time.
- Contribute to continuous team training on cannabis knowledge, best practices, and operational procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
