Elevation Holiday Lighting is hiring reliable, hard-working people who are comfortable with heights, physical work, and working outdoors to join our installation team.
We are one of Colorado’s largest holiday lighting companies, specializing in commercial, municipal, and residential lighting. Project locations include: Denver metro, Fort Collins, Estes Park, Dillon, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, etc.
This is full-time seasonal employment from September through April, with time off in December.
No holiday lighting experience is required. We will train the right people.
THE JOB
This is a physically demanding outdoor job. A typical day can include:
● Carrying, setting, and working from 24’ and 32’ extension ladders
● Installing roofline and tree lighting, along with holiday decor
● Working from boom lifts at heights of 50’+
● Carrying equipment and materials throughout the day
● Working outdoors in changing Colorado weather
● Traveling to project sites throughout the Denver metro area
● Occasional overnight travel for mountain projects, with temporary housing provided
● Longer days and overtime during peak season
If you’re comfortable with heights, like being outside, and would rather be moving than sitting around, you’ll probably enjoy this work.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Reliability and attitude comes first.
You must:
● Show up on time and ready to work
● Be physically capable of performing demanding work throughout the day
● Be comfortable working on ladders and at heights
● Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Have reliable transportation to changing job sites in the Denver metro area
● Have a working mobile phone with cellular/data service
● Be flexible with your schedule during peak season
● Be willing to travel occasionally for out-of-town projects
● Work well as part of a crew and communicate professionally
Experience with construction, landscaping, roofing, electrical work, tree work, climbing, outdoor recreation, or other physically demanding jobs is a plus, but not required.

Qualified applicants will be invited to a short in-person work assessment before hiring. You’ll complete basic tasks similar to what you’ll encounter on the job. No special preparation is required.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
