We're looking for an Assistant General Manager – People & Hospitality to join an experienced leadership team and help build a culture where both our guests and our employees thrive.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop our front-of-house team.
- Coach employees and future leaders.
- Protect the guest experience and hospitality standards.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and accountability.
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
- Support the General Manager in leading the entire operation.
- Lead by example while helping managers work on the business—not just in it.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
