Who Should Apply?
Our Plan Administrator works as the direct assistant to our attorneys and clients. No legal experience? No problem. Our thorough training program will teach you everything you need to know. The person we hire will have great time management and task management skills and must have impeccable attention to detail.
You may be a great fit if you’ve worked in:
- Banking or financial services
- Accounting or bookkeeping
- Office or administrative management
- Any detail-heavy, client facing and process-driven office role
This position is for someone who:
- Has exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Thrives on accuracy and detailed follow-through

- Can juggle multiple tasks with precision
- Has a strong “can-do” attitude
- Works well with variety of team members, clients, and professionals
- This role is approximately 60% computer-based work / 40% client communication (phone, emails or in-person).
As our Plan Administrator, you will:
- Draft legal documents and letters
- Gather key information from clients and external professionals to complete the asset alignment portion of the estate plan
- Review bank statements, organize files, and prepare mailings/notices
- Maintain well-organized, accurate client files
- Support attorneys throughout the full estate planning process
- Assist with answering phones and basic administrative work
- Meet in-person with clients and provide ongoing client support
Our ideal candidate has:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years in office management, administration, legal, accounting, teaching, or banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe applications
- Strong proofreading, problem-solving, and computer skills
- High attention to detail and consistency in following processes
- A willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude, deadline-driven mindset, and self-starter energy

How much money will this person make?
We are very competitive in our pay, benefits, and quality of life benefits. In addition to compensation, the person we hire will be able to earn bonuses.
What types of hours will this person work?
Legacy Law Firm, P.C., is open Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Friday, we are open 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. This is a full time, in office position.
