Role and Responsibilities
· The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) will provide assistance to the Operations Manager, Subcontractors, sales and the office
· Assist with clean up at job sites
· Picking up material from suppliers and delivering to job sites
· Calling the proper suppliers to facilitate pick up or delivery of material to and from job sites when needed
· Keeping track of where material came from in order to ensure that credit for returns goes back to the proper job
· Painting / staining of material when needed
· Visit job sites and inspect issues and write up report (include pictures)
· Visit jobsites using company vehicle
· Take before and after pictures at job sites
· Pick up common stock items for warehouse
· Communicates any issues that may arise to either ops manager/ office, or salesmen
· Help facilitate where material/dumpster will be located on job site
· Help keep the warehouse clean and organized
· May be asked to assist insulation crew on job
· Organize the warehouse
· Help with yard work
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record
· 1+ years’ experience in the construction industry
· Understanding of the area and outlying municipalities and ability to schedule and map out routes to make the best use of time when completing tasks
· Ability to work quickly and safely
Additional Notes
· Must be able to lift and/or move +50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
