HVAC Lead Change-Out Installer Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the daily activities of an installation crew, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.

Ability to install various makes and models of air conditioning systems

Skilled soldering of copper lines

Blueprint interpretation skills
HVAC Lead Change-Out Installer Requirements:

5+ Years of Experience in HVAC installation

EPA Certification

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in the Southwest Florida climate conditions

Valid driver's license and background check required
