Duel role between Nowhere Bar + Little Wooden Penguin | Celina, TX
We're looking for an experienced bartender who's ready for more than just clocking in and pouring drinks.
This is a full-time position (around 40 hours/week) split between Nowhere Bar and Little Wooden Penguin. You'll be trusted to open and close, run shifts confidently, and help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do
- Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and mixed drinks quickly and accurately.
- Open and close the bar with confidence.
- Run the shift when management isn't on site.
- Handle customer issues professionally and keep the atmosphere fun.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Help build a loyal following by creating memorable guest experiences.
- Work at both Nowhere Bar and Little Wooden Penguin as business needs require.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending and leadership experience is required.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and speed behind the bar.
- Someone who can comfortably work solo and manage a busy shift.
- Dependable, organized, and accountable.
- Natural hospitality and a personality that makes guests want to come back.
- Leadership mindset, you don't need constant direction.
