Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Workforce Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate a workforce of 250+ employees. The ideal candidate will be proficient in workforce management systems such as uAttendand CRM platforms, capable of producing timely reports, and skilled in deploying staff to various job sites at a moment’s notice. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Oversee, support, and manage scheduling for a workforce of 250+ employees.
- Workforce Deployment: Coordinate and assign staff to worksites efficiently, ensuring coverage for all client needs at any time.
- System Utilization: Utilize uAttend for time and attendance tracking and a CRM system for employee and client management.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including attendance, performance, and staffing metrics.
- Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between clients, supervisors, and employees to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Resolution: Quickly respond to staffing gaps, call-offs, and last-minute changes.
- Compliance: Ensure all workforce documentation and procedures align with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience managing 250+ employees or large-scale workforce operations.
- Proficiency in uAttend and CRM systems (required).
- Strong ability to create and send operational reports.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent staffing needs.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in staffing, logistics, or human resources.
- Bilingual MUST .
- Familiarity with scheduling software or workforce management tools.
