As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate, energetic, experienced and friendly host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, being fluent in OpenTable, handling multitasking well and ensuring that the dining experience begins on a positive note. First impressions begin with a warm welcome!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, enhancing overall guest relations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems (OpenTable / Toast)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
