Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Haven Place in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, United States. The successful candidate will provide nursing care to our residents in a long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor resident progress, detect changes in condition, and report concerns to supervisors and physicians

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Excellent clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
