HVAC Installer – NYC Tri-State Area

The Role
You'll run residential service calls across the NYC tri-state area — diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for homeowners who are counting on you. No office politics. You show up, you solve problems, you move on.
Day-to-day:
- Diagnose and repair central AC, ductless mini-splits, gas/oil/electric heat, boilers, and heat pumps
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Communicate clearly with homeowners on-site throughout every call
- Document work accurately in ServiceTitan
- Participate in seasonal on-call rotation
What You Need
- 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills across gas, oil, electric, and heat pump systems
- Valid driver's license, clean record
- OSHA 10 (required); OSHA 30 and NYC SST a plus
- Able to lift 80 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
