Arborist Crew Supervisor / Sales Support – Agave LD

Agave LD is looking for a motivated and experienced Arborist Crew Supervisor to help lead and grow our tree care division in Austin, TX. This position is ideal for someone with arborist experience who enjoys leadership, customer interaction, and supporting field operations.
This role works directly under our Lead Arborist and will assist with managing crews, quality control, customer communication, estimating/sales support when needed, and helping in the field when necessary.
We are looking for someone professional, organized, dependable, and hungry to grow with a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing daily tree crews and job site operations
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Support scheduling, job coordination, and crew efficiency
- Meet with clients and assist with estimates/sales when needed
- Identify tree care recommendations and solutions
- Help crews in the field during larger or more technical projects
- Maintain professionalism with customers and team members
- Work closely with the Lead Arborist to improve operations and production
Qualifications:
- Previous arborist or tree care industry experience required
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred
- ISA Certification is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license required
- CDL is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors and support field crews when needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
