Furniture Home Apparel | Full-Time
We're looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate who is naturally curious, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience. If you're passionate about design, craftsmanship, fashion, interiors, or simply love helping people discover something unexpected, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver thoughtful, personalized customer service across every department of the store, with a focus on men's apparel
- Build relationships with customers and confidently guide them through apparel, home décor, tabletop, lighting, textiles, and furniture
- Operate Shopify POS to process sales, manage customer profiles, inventory, exchanges, and special orders
- Assist with receiving, pricing, tagging, and merchandising new arrivals
- Help maintain beautiful, inspiring displays throughout the store
- Develop knowledge of FINCH products, vintage furniture, designers, and brands
- Support store events, product launches, and seasonal merchandising changes
- Work collaboratively with a small, creative team to keep the store operating at a high level

- Has an interest in design, interiors, furniture, fashion, art, or architecture
- Is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Is eager to continually learn about products, materials, and design history
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of retail, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience preferred
- Shopify POS experience is a plus
- Proficiency with content tools (iPhone video, editing apps, or Adobe Suite) a plus
- Visual merchandising experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
- Weekend availability required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
