We are looking to fill the following position:
Finish Carpenter: This candidate must have at least 5 years experience with finish carpentry and punch out work in a production environment. This candidate will be responsible for the final finish carpentry at the final stages of our construction process where we transform our homes from construction sites to beautiful livable high quality new homes. This Finisher in many ways defines our brand and reputation to the outside world.
- Candidate must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation (van or truck a plus)
- This is a salary position (40+ potentially 2 Saturdays a month)
- Tools required
- Mandatory drug test
- Must be able to lift objects min of but not limited to 30 lbs.
- Osha 10 required, Osha 30 is a plus
- Must be able to work well with others but productive if independent
- Willing to travel when necessary
- Three references required
We deliver a high quality product so an ability to deliver high quality work in a production environment is essential.
