Eagle Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at our 200-unit multifamily apartment community in Lisle, IL.
$24 - $27 per hour plus renewal bonuses
Our Maintenance Technicians work in collaboration with the rest of the Maintenance Team and perform all related duties as directed by the Property Manager.
Schedule:
8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
On-Call Requirement: This position participates in an after-hours on-call rotation every 2 to 3 weeks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· General routine and preventative maintenance of apartments, grounds, amenities, and equipment.
· Ensure timely completion of all work orders and service requests.
· Apartment turns.
· Painting and drywall repair.
· Maintain equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and inventory.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
· Follow safety procedures and protocol.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Apartment maintenance experience – 1 year
· Be able to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
· HVAC repair experience a plus (required for upper end of pay range).
