We are committed to creating a warm and elegant atmosphere for our guests. We’re currently seeking a talented and professional part-time bartender to join our front-of-house team.
Job Summary:
The bartender is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through expert preparation of cocktails, wine, and other beverages. A deep understanding of classic and contemporary Italian cocktails, as well as wine and spirits, is essential. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Italian wines, cocktails, and spirits.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Stay up to date with seasonal cocktails and menu changes.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service protocols and ensure guest safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, Italian wines, aperitifs, and spirits.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience with Toast POS system.
- TIPS Certification a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
