Care Hawaii is seeking Psychiatric-Mental Health Advanced Practice Nurses (PMH-APRN) and Psychiatrists to join our team for our Behavioral Health Crisis Center. The BHCC is a crisis center which offers services to community members experiencing a mental health crisis. APRNs and Psychiatrists will work closely with the Executive Director, Medical Director and administrative team as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Position Summary:
This member of the multidisciplinary team is responsible for conducting assessments; assessing physical health needs; making and supporting appropriate referrals to community physicians and for mental health services; providing medication management, perscriptions, and administration of medications. APRNs/Psychiatirsts provide a range of contracted treatment, assessment, rehabilitation, and support services.
The BHCC provides behavioral health crisis services to the community and works within the crisis continuum of services including coordination with medical facilities, HPD, EMS, and other community providers.
Position Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed provider - APRN or Psychiatry
- Experience: Preferred experience in an inpatient, Crisis, Behavioral health or ER setting.
- Required Certification/Registration: Must be licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii.
- CPR (upon hire)

- Physical (Pre-employment & Annually)
- TB Clearance (2-step - upon hire) Annually
- MANDT training / Restraint and Seculsion Training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
